Paul B. Fowler, M.D. is a Partner of Radiation Oncology Affiliates of Maryland. He is a graduate of Alderson Broaddus College and earned his medical degree from West Virginia University. Dr. Fowler is an American Board of Radiology-certified radiation oncologist.
He is active in the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group with RTOG protocols and has been an investigator for the society. Dr. Fowler is an active member in the following societies: American College of Radiation Oncology, American College of Radiology, American Medical Association, American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology, Baltimore County Medical Association, and the Maryland Medical and Chirurgical Faculty.
