Jane Gonter is Sr. Vice President of RadAmerica II, LLC and has broad authority for Compliance issues and Office Management, Credit & Collections, Billing and Office Reception functions in our seven offices. Carole Hayward is Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management and has broad authority for maintaining the high quality standards as articulated by our (3) accrediting bodies: the ACR, AAAHC and JCAHO. Melvin Jeffers is Administrative Director for our seven offices and has broad authority for the implementation and enforcement of RadAmerica II, LLC's polices and contracts as well as HIPAA issues and website development.
